During our visit, reaching the hotel was a challenge due to rain. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost in transit. It would have been nice to have bathrobes available since we had no change of clothes.

Staying at Kaleydo Villas exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms feature fine designs with ample space and comfortable beds. I loved having breakfast served on the terrace every morning. It felt special and intimate. The afternoon tea with snacks was a good surprise. Staff assistance stood out-they helped with bikes and snorkels for our day's adventures. Despite this, the villa's layout and beautiful setting were good. A minor upgrade to the complimentary bicycles, especially with safety lights, would enhance guest experience further.

The free snorkeling gear was perfect for exploring the nearby spots. Don't miss out on visiting Gili Trawangan Hill for fine views! The staff were so helpful, bringing breakfast right to our villa. Highly recommend trying the local bike rental.

One downside was needing to order food from outside, but we found a great place, 'my house' restaurant served delicious meals.
